Business equipment insurance

For a small additional amount, you can extend your Ageas group travel insurance cover to include business equipment insurance to cover:

Benefits of cover:

Business equipment: up to £2,000
You will be covered for the cost (after allowing for wear, tear and loss of value) of replacing your business equipment (limited to audio, visual, video, photographic and computer equipment) if it is lost, stolen or damaged. The maximum payable for samples which are lost, stolen or damaged is £500. The maximum payable for hired equipment which is lost, stolen or damaged is £500.
Business equipment hire: up to £500
If business equipment (limited to audio, visual, video, photographic and computer equipment) held by you for business reasons is lost, stolen or damaged, you will be covered for the reasonable cost of hiring replacement equipment. Maximum payable is £50 a day.
Business Money: up to £1,000
Payment is made if any bank notes, coins or traveller’s cheques held by you for business reasons are lost or stolen. This cover starts from the time you get the money or documents or 72 hours before you leave home to go on your business trip, whichever is later.
